I started really doing energy work for myself on a regular basis about 8 years ago. I was deep in chronic illness’ and also had a foot injury that led me to using a cane and not being able to walk for very long. From the doctors I had been hearing that I wouldn’t be able to walk far without the cane and not to jump ever again. I also heard that I would have the auto immune disease and many other diagnosis’s and be on medication for my entire life. And for awhile I believed them- but then my son also became very ill. And for him I could not settle for that. I decided I was going to search for more. I was going to figure out if there was anything else that could help us. And even if I never found anything- at least I never gave up.
Through years of studies and trial and errors- I have developed my own style of implementing everything I have learned over the years though all my studies. I have taken courses, read numerous books and studies, joined groups to study specifics and also implemented everything that I am using for years on my own healing journey. I was born a seer with great intuition, I also love to research and learn. And this all has led me to this work.
What is energy work?
Energy work focuses on the connection between the mind, body and spirit and the emotion and traumas that the body has held onto and stored within us. These things can become held onto in the body and create different symptoms because of it. These things can affect your emotional well-being, physical health and overall balance of your life. The work I do is designed to help identify and let go of these stored emotional and energetic imbalances so the body can return to a more natural state of harmony and flow.
I work with the bodies own subconscious and knowing to find what these energetic blocks are. In this work we can clear what is no longer serving you.
In each session, we explore not only what energy may be present, but also what it may represent, where it could be originating from, and how it may be affecting the body emotionally, mentally, physically, or energetically. Energy work is a supportive and intuitive practice that helps bring awareness, balance, emotional release, and deeper connection to yourself and a return to your natural flow.
I have researched many different healing modalities in my studies, such as energetics of the body, reiki, sound healing and frequencies, eft, meditation and breathing techniques, homeopathy, stuck emotions, herbs, Chinese medicine, German new medicine, healing touch, nutrition and lifestyle,facia and more. Through all of this- I have found what resonates with myself and the work I do.

Removing blockages will create a new flow in your life and will send you forward- if you are not ready for this- it can be scary because things that are not for you- will go. This work also is finding and letting of hard painful things from the past- this requires growth and being ready for that.
What Energy Work Do You Offer?
Right now I am offering the following…
-Catalyst Session $88: This is a general energetic body and spirit assessment that will send you to the next level. This will discover what is holding you back. I will connect with your body and spirit to find out what it wants to tell me. These are thorough and can really bring a lot to your awareness and attention. In these sessions I do not ask to figure out a specific thing going on, I ask what the body and spirit wants to remove to move forward. I also add any oracle cards or intuitive messages I receive.
-Clarity Session $88: This is a focused energetic body and spirit assessment that will help you get past whatever is blocking you. This can be something that happened to you, a pain, a trauma, a specific issue or issues that you are having that you cannot figure out. This focused session so that you can gain clarity over what is going on within your body and spirit.

What is an Energy Assessment like?
Unless you are local to me, and I know you through someone- I do my sessions virtually.
You will fill out the intake form with all your information and sign that permission for me to work with your energy. The consent is very important to me as an energy worker.
I will then take your information and do the energy assessment that you have chosen. Energy assessments take me HOURS to complete because there is so much to work though in the energy fields usually. The energy assessment will find blockages, emotions, things you may need to change, nutrients or things you need to implement, etc. as listed above. My assessments are very thorough and tell you everything you need to know about everything that I find. When I do the assessments- the things are find are not my opinion and from myself- they are me connecting to your energy and figuring out what is going on with you.
After I finish the assessment- it will be emailed over to you and explains everything that I have found and guidance. I am trying to teach you how to clear these things on your own so that you can be your own healer. The assessment will include how to process all the things found and move them out of your body.
Some things in the assessment will be things you can do easily- like maybe take an herb or stop eating a certain food that came up as bothersome for you. But other things, such as an unbalanced organ or an emotion, will need moved thru and out of the body. All of the guidance will be included in the PDF you receive when I am done.
Many clients describe sessions as calming, validating, emotional, insightful, deeply relieving and informational.
Each experience is different, but during or after a session you may notice:

My energy work is intended to support emotional wellness, self-awareness, and energetic balance. It is not a replacement for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional diagnosis.

Angel Readings
Angel readings are however many cards your spirit team sends me. This is an intuitive reading designed to bring clarity and spiritual guidance. Through oracle cards and intuitive messages, you’ll receive insight your angels want you to know at this time.
These angel readings are sent via email. You will get pictures of the cards, as well as the reading typed out.
Deep Dive 1-on-1 Sessions
I offer a couple 1-on-1 sessions every month. These are usually for those who really need deep guidance. Maybe have went through something that needs cleared or having a symptom or pain that you have not been able to figure out any other way. I understand that sometimes things can seem so deep and hard to maneuver through and you may need deep, closer guidance than the emailed energetic assessments. These are more expensive than the catalyst and clarity sessions because they take so much time and energy to complete. That is why I love to offer the sessions as PDF with instructions for you to heal yourself.
These sessions I will still do an energetic assessment beforehand, but instead of just the PDF, we will have a video call where I can explain everything found and help you with clearing.
